Just wanted to share, I received a very nice handwritten note from Dan Stepnick.

Dan writes to say he was very much looking forward to attending this years reunion. However, his wife has come down with an Aortic Aneurysms in the abdominal area. They are watching it, as it is near the point they have to put in a stent. Now she also has to have her left knee joint replaced on October 18th.

Dan asked to spread the word, that if anyone is at the reunion from Lightship 86 / 511  Hens and Chickens, to give them his name, and E mail address, >>>>>>  Stepnick@Nauticom.Net <<<<<<

Dan was a EN3 aboard Hens and Chickens, from Mar '48 through Oct '50.

Dan closes with - God willing, Hope I can make the next one!

We hope so also, Dan.
