The United States Coast Guard Lightship Sailors Association has a Web Site Award Program that is available to webmasters of websites that are of Military, Historical, Patriotic, and Nautical, nature.
Requirements for consideration by the panel of Judges of The Lightship Sailors Association are:
1. Website must fall into one of the four categories listed above.
2. Website material must demonstrate a clear understanding of subject matter.
3. Website shall be attractive in nature and layout.
4. Website must not have any broken links within the website structure.
If you think your site qualifies for our Award simply send us an email with your url and our Judges will look at your site. Because of the volume of requests we get for site review please allow two weeks for a response. If your site does not qualify you will be notified of the reason(s) the site was turned down. All decisions of our Judges is final. You may re-apply every six months.
If your site meets all of the above criteria you will be notified with a url to go to to pick up your Award!
